Verica started her fitness career after working in the media for ten years. For her, being a fitness trainer means sharing and helping, while also enjoying working out.
Her emphasis is on the importance of the correct execution of exercises, functionality, mobility, proper breathing, and endurance. Also, she believes in health, strength, and pushing our own limits. She does individual training exclusively with women, who, in addition to health benefits, want a trained, fit body, to lose weight, or simply want to enjoy a sense of sport and self-confidence.
She is the author of the Full Body Workout group program, suitable for beginners, advanced exercisers, and professional athletes.
